Channel X online comedy-drama 'Chelsey : OMG!' notches up 500,000 hits in December after a successful advertising campaign with COI, taking it’s total views to over 1 million!
Chelsey is looking forward to finding advertising partners in 2009, beginning with a second campaign with COI.

Channel X launch the first comedy-drama on teen website Bebo to rave reviews in the Times, Guardian and TV Hits. The project, the story of a 21 year old American girl’s year in Europe, is being distributed by iRights and was developed with comedian/writer Nat Coombs.

Snuff Box DVD Released

The greatest secret in UK comedy is finally released on DVD. The show which numbers Sarah Silverman, Judd Apatow, Simon Pegg , Russell Brand, David Bowie and Jonathan Ross amongst its celebrity fans stars the IT Crowd’s Matt Berry and Mighty Boosh’s Rick Fulcher.
The DVD is being released by 2entertain, complete with commentaries and extras. And is also released in Australia by Force Entertainment.

Channel X joins forces with Moi J’aime La Television (I Love Television) to form Nice One , a company which will focus on long running scripted series-both live action and animation- for the 16-34 year old audience. The two parent companies previously produced controversial animation Popetown together and are pursuing European co-productions for their projects which will all be in the English language.
